Welcome to Your Second Mentor. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, student account, digital courses, learning dashboard, downloadable resources, support services and affiliate-related features. By accessing the website, creating an account, submitting an enquiry or purchasing a course, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase our services.

1. About Your Second Mentor

Your Second Mentor is an online learning platform providing practical training related to website development, artificial intelligence, software and SaaS development, WhatsApp automation, online advertising, social media, AI content creation, SEO, AEO, GEO and freelancing.

2. Eligibility

You must provide accurate information while creating an account or purchasing a course.

If you are below 18 years of age, you may use the platform or purchase a course only with the knowledge and consent of your parent or lawful guardian. The parent or guardian is responsible for reviewing these Terms and supervising the minor’s use of the platform.

3. Student Account

Students may be required to create an account using their name, email address and password. You are responsible for:

• Providing correct registration details
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• Using the account only for personal learning
• Immediately reporting suspected unauthorised access
• Keeping your contact information updated

One account is intended for one student unless a separate written arrangement has been approved.

4. Course Purchase and Enrolment

Course prices, inclusions, duration, access period and available offers will be displayed on the relevant course or checkout page. Course access is generally provided after:

• Successful payment confirmation
• Order verification
• Account creation
• Successful course enrolment

Payment processing delays, failed transactions or incorrect customer details may delay access. We may correct genuine technical, pricing or description errors before fulfilling an affected order. If an order cannot be fulfilled because of such an error, the customer will be informed and any successfully received amount will be handled according to applicable law and our Refund Policy.

5. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay. Available payment methods may include UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets or other supported methods.

Your Second Mentor does not generally receive or store complete card numbers, UPI PINs, banking passwords or similar sensitive payment credentials.

Any advertising budget, domain, hosting, paid software, API usage, WhatsApp message charges or third-party tool subscriptions are not included in the course price unless specifically mentioned.

6. Course Access

Purchased courses are accessible through the registered student account. Where “Lifetime Access” is specifically advertised, it means access for as long as Your Second Mentor continues to offer and maintain the relevant course and learning platform, subject to these Terms, technical feasibility and events beyond reasonable control.

We may update, replace or reorganise lessons, tools and resources to keep course content relevant. Such changes will not intentionally remove the essential learning outcome of the purchased course. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, hosting issues, software updates, security incidents or third-party service failures.

7. Live Classes and Recordings

If a course includes live classes:

• Schedule details may be communicated through email, WhatsApp or the student dashboard.
• Students should join using their registered identity.
• Missed classes may not be repeated individually.
• Recordings may be provided where technically available and permitted.
• Class schedules may be changed with reasonable notice.
• Students must not record, redistribute or publicly share live sessions without written permission.

8. Intellectual Property

All course videos, lessons, presentations, PDFs, templates, checklists, prompts, graphics, website content, logos and other materials are owned by or licensed to Your Second Mentor. Purchasing a course gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access the course for learning purposes.

You must not:

• Share account credentials
• Download videos using unauthorised methods
• Screen-record or copy paid lessons
• Resell or redistribute course materials
• Upload course content to YouTube, Telegram, Google Drive or other platforms
• Use our content to create or sell a substantially copied course
• Remove branding, copyright notices or watermarks
• Provide paid course access to unauthorised persons

Unauthorised use may result in suspension or termination of access and appropriate legal action.

9. Permitted Downloads

Only materials specifically marked as downloadable may be downloaded. Downloadable PDFs, templates and checklists remain protected by intellectual-property rights and are provided for the enrolled student’s personal use. They may not be resold, publicly distributed or included in another commercial course without permission.

10. Student Conduct

Students must not:

• Harass instructors, staff or other students
• Submit unlawful, abusive or misleading content
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the website
• Circumvent course restrictions or security measures
• Use the platform for spam or unauthorised promotion
• Misuse support, community or discussion features
• Violate the rights of another person

We may remove inappropriate content and restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated violations.

11. Certificates

Where a completion certificate is included, it may be issued after the student satisfies the stated completion requirements. Unless specifically stated otherwise, a Your Second Mentor certificate:

• Confirms participation or course completion
• Is not a university degree or government licence
• Does not guarantee employment, income, promotion or professional accreditation

12. Third-Party Platforms and Tools

Courses may demonstrate third-party platforms such as WordPress, Elementor, WooCommerce, Google, Meta, Snapchat, WhatsApp, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or other services. These platforms have their own pricing, availability, terms and policies. Features may change without notice, and Your Second Mentor does not control third-party products. Students are responsible for following applicable platform policies, advertising rules, privacy requirements and messaging-consent requirements.

13. Educational Disclaimer

Our courses are provided for educational and skill-development purposes. We do not guarantee:

• A job or internship
• A specific income
• Freelancing clients
• Search-engine rankings
• Advertising results
• Software revenue
• Social-media reach
• Business growth
• Approval from any third-party platform

Results depend on the student’s practice, implementation, experience, market conditions and other factors outside our control.

14. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility, duplicate payments, failed access and cancellation requests are governed by our separate Refund and Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable Indian law.

15. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate account or course access where there is reasonable evidence of:

• Payment fraud or chargeback abuse
• Account or content sharing
• Copyright infringement
• Security violations
• Abusive behaviour
• Material breach of these Terms

Where appropriate, we may first contact the student and provide an opportunity to clarify the issue.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Your Second Mentor will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from:

• Student implementation decisions
• Third-party tools or platform changes
• Advertising expenditure
• Internet or device failure
• Unauthorised account access caused by the student
• Business, ranking, employment or income expectations

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

17. Privacy

Our collection and processing of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy.

20. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties should first attempt to resolve any dispute through written communication and good-faith discussion. Subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable law, unresolved disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
